Otto's Sausage Kitchen has been a Woodstock neighborhood landmark since 1929. Now operated by its fifth generation of family sausage-makers, Otto’s prepares more than 40 varieties of fresh and smoked sausages on-site using traditional German recipes and an original two-story smokehouse. Inside, the classic butcher counter features premium meats, alder-smoked bacon, house-cured pastrami, and artisan salamis alongside a deli section filled with European beers, wines, chocolates, and specialty mustards.
